Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial lasts 7 days, includes the full product and up to 5 named users, and needs no payment details. If you don’t subscribe, it simply ends.

What is a named user?

Anyone in your company with their own login: owners, admins, designers and viewers. Each one needs a seat. People you’ve invited but who haven’t joined yet, and people you’ve removed, don’t count.

How does the Launch Offer work?

Your first paid monthly subscription is £29 per named user per month for the first 3 months, then £49 automatically. Every new subscriber gets their own 3 months, whenever they join. It applies to monthly plans and can’t be combined with other discounts.

Is VAT added?

No. PROJEKT DESIGN LTD is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I add or remove people?

Yes. Added users can sign in straight away and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Reductions take effect from your next renewal. Removing someone ends their access immediately.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Monthly plans have no minimum term. We don’t refund unused time.

What happens to my projects if I stop?

We keep your company’s projects for six months after your subscription or trial ends, and email you before that period runs out. Subscribe again within that time and everything is back.

What do I need to run it?

A computer with a modern web browser and an internet connection. There’s nothing to install.
