PROJEKT DESIGN LTD is the data controller responsible for how information sent to us through this website is used. We develop bathroom design software for fitters, independents and showrooms. You can contact us about your information at the email address above.

Information you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Your company name is optional. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message.

Contacting us is your choice. We need an email address to reply; please only include information relevant to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond, discuss early access or partnerships, and keep track of the conversation. We also use limited technical information to protect the form from spam and repeated submissions.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, managing business relationships and keeping the website secure. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services that handle enquiries

• Netlify hosts the website and processes requests, including the enquiry form.
• Resend delivers website enquiries to our mailbox.
• Microsoft 365, supplied through GoDaddy, handles our email correspondence.
• Upstash stores temporary identifiers used to limit spam and prevent duplicate submissions.

Upstash does not receive the name, email address or message entered in the form. The website also processes connection information needed to load pages and handle requests.

Our providers may process information outside the UK. Their data-processing terms provide safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and UK addenda where applicable. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We delete inactive website enquiries from our mailbox after 12 months from the last meaningful contact, unless the correspondence is needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation. In those cases, we retain only what is needed for that purpose.

The form’s spam and duplicate-protection records expire automatically within 24 hours. Email providers also apply their own retention periods to delivery logs and backup copies.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or newsletter tracking. The enquiry form does not require an account and does not add a marketing subscription.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access your personal information, correct it, delete it or restrict how it is used. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law.

You have the right to object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests. Email hello@projektdesign.co.uk to make a request or raise a privacy concern.
